To Blog, Draw, or put up some Dog Video?

Recently I have been having some thoughts about this blog. What can be next, for it, and what is the best direction to take it in.

I know allot of my friends said I should just continue blogging, or writing, typing, any or other ordinary or out of the ordinary events that pop up. Another part of me would like to continue with the cartoons, but I did not receive as many hits as when writing on here. People drive, our decisions in life when we are creating stuff. That is truly the bottom line. The cartoons on this site (approximately 100 slides to look through) carries the story from the back to the front, and is an insightful look into what could have been way back in the early 90s if this cartoon was picked up by a syndicate. If that was the case, this cartoon would have had 10s of thousand of slides.  I guess they knew what they were doing to reject it, thus far. It was a cartoon that was not probably acceptable for a news paper.

Or, I could go another 180 degrees into another realm. Start videoing things, around here, and pasting it to the blog windows. My dog is very movie friendly, and she could star in allot of these videos. Even maybe upload them to You Tube, to see what result can be obtained on here.

Personally, I found my cartoons were mostly crazy works, with the two characters somewhat mimicking or morphing the main character of my "Supermarket Guy" book series. Brash, brazen, full of thinking they know it all, ready to take on the world without realizing the severity of the positions that they are in. But, they get through it all somehow by luck or by some small inkling of knowledge of their surrounding activities. I know there are other works out there similar to this kind of plot, but I think everyone has their distinction.

I leave it up to you, the viewer to decide what is next for me. If you would be so kind to leave me a message, I can do one of the three things on this blog:

1. Continue with the "Non Existables" cartooning.

2. Write about daily affairs, sometimes serious matters, just life in General and maybe the bookworld too!

3. Post some videos of this surrounding area!

I leave it up to the viewer. It is like owning PBR. Playback, rewind!

Carbon tax. At first, the Canadian Federal Government, under the Liberals, unrolled a tax where 90 % of it was exposed to go back to the payers of the program.  Now, just that sentence alone. Think about it. 10 % going to schools, hospitals... I guess... And 90 % going back to the pocket that spent it... But, not your direct pocket. Not saying all of the provinces would have done it in the same way. At the first roll out, New Brunswick, the province in which I lived, just reduced the tax on gasoline to make up for the carbon tax increase. The feds said, no no, that is not right.. That is not what it is intended to be with this carbon tax.. So eventually, we may have gotten back one carbon tax check one year, and I truly forget. Borador- labrador collie mix

 Borador, we got this pup in the fall of 2022, and was a dog that looked more like a black labrador when he was a pup. We got him around 4 to 5 months old, and was a biter. He loved to bite. He loved to eat rocks. You could take him for walks, and, he would start picking up rocks and chewing on them. Some, he swallowed. For sure, we tried to give him a treat, to get the rock out of his mouth before he swallowed some of them. We had to learn also, to take him on trails where there was no little rocks for him to chew or swallow. He would, puke them up, at night and it made us worry about him very much. Then winter came, froze the ground for 4 months or so. Good thing, as he forgot about picking up rocks as the winter passed and 2023 summer is here. He now, likes chasing and fetching sticks.  He did do messes in the house the first 2 months we had him at the house. He eventually, learned to go outside to do his things. They say you are more famous when you are dead.. lol...

 Have to see, and say, the viewership on this blog, has nearly tripled since its start in 2012 approximately. I went through a dry spell from 2014 to 2016, then a spike in 2017, then 2020 a short blip of a month or so, and finally the last 6 months of 2022 to today, I have been getting viewership spikes in the 1000s, outpacing my first 2012 by 3 times as many viewers. And, I have not been producing any books during this time, even creating anything. It is mostly from the USA, then France, Eastern European countries, Russia, and a few from Asia views. True what they say,  you are more famous when you are dead when you are a creator, than alive. I feel dead right now. I have nothing on the board to create, no focus or means to get Part 5 done. There is no release of anything to any publisher at this point in time. Strange how marketing goes. You take the famous Budweiser, with Spuds Mckenzie long ago.
